The kitchen is constructed from birch wood veneer with a two part water and dye grey, blue stain and black gloss quarter round trim. Doors and drawers are flat panel with Blum soft close hinges and drawer glides. Drawers are constructed from maple dovetail drawer boxes. Upper cabinets are complete with Hafele Aluminum glass doors and stainless steel suspended shelving. Kitchen countertops are absolute black granite and backsplash is a glass mosaic tile. The kitchen also includes a SubZero side by side refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and range.

The hallway built in is constructed from African Mahogany with full overlay, flat panel, push latch doors along the bottom. Shelving is downlit with LED lighting. There is an upholstered bench seat in the center of the piece. Floors are black bamboo and the ceiling is venetian plaster with black lacquer trim.

The sculptural desk is constructed from hard rock maple that has been sanded down and finished with three different metallic paints and a black glaze. The credenza and side table are made from zebra wood with full overlay, flat panel doors.

The 12 foot, green, candy coated console is finished off with a black glaze and custom, black metal handles. The wall has a multicolored, venetian plaster, high gloss finish.

The media room piece has black upholstered walls with sound proof foam and a custom black entertainment console.
